My goal during the residency is to explore how we re-orient, align, and move with environmental experiences that confront and surround us.

The starting point has been the main Influence found in the surrounding area, the birch and pine forest, which I am beginning to explore as a mixture of surveying, sketching, and photographing.



My intention is to play with ways that photographic processes (time-lapse, long exposures, panoramas, etc.) frame and alter our perception of the environment we are with/in.
